- Salmon fish

Prep: (time expected 15 to 20 minutes)

- Cut Salmon fish in a long size slice so that it is easy to cook
` `
- Spray salt, garlic salt, on the fish both sides, only few, don’t put too much on it, massage the fish for couple seconds
` `
- Spray red pepper, ground cumin and black pepper on the fish, both sides, massage the fish for couple seconds
` `
- Put parsley flakes on the fish the last, only one the side doesn’t have the fish skin covered

Cooking steps: (time expected 30 to 40 minutes)

- Put a few olive oil on the flat pan, with the mild level stove top, with 5, after the oil seems ready, adjust to 3
` `
- Put the salmon fish on the pan, rotate on both sides for couple times, until the side of the fish seems fully cooked
` `
- Make sure that you check the inside of the fish for couple times throughout cooking to make sure that the fish is fully cooked

- When you noticed that the color on the side of your fish changed, turn the fish’s side without skin to the top, then put soy sauce on the fish
` `
- Shut down the stove, have lemon sliced in piece, squeeze the lemon on the fish to get rid of the fish smell, have the fish stay in the pan for couple more minutes using the remaining of the heat on the stove to make the lemon soak in

- Before you eat, squeeze lemon on the salmon fish again, in order to taste better

- You can use the sliced lemon to make lemon tea afterwards, there’s no need to throw it away!!!
