My way of quick STEAK!!!

It is quick, and it doesn’t taste bad at all either!

Here we go!

  • Material

    ` `

    • Thin steak

    ` `

    • Salt

    ` `

    • Ground cumin

    ` `

    • Black pepper

    ` `

    • Red pepper

    ` `

    • Olive oil

    ` `

    • Beer or rice wine (rice wine preferred)

    ` `

  • Prep: (time expected 5 to 10 minutes)

    ` `

    • Put salt, ground cumin (don’t put too much, don’t put too little), black pepper, red pepper (black pepper and red pepper amount can be adjusted, depends on the person like spicy flavor or not) on steak, massage on both sides

  • Cooking steps: (time expected 20 to 30 minutes)

    ` `

    • Pre-heat the stove with the pan on high, spray oil on the flat pan, use your hand feel the temperature, when the heat of the air is not too hot and the same time it should not be too cold either, put the prepped steak in

    ` `

    • Rotate the steak until color changed and you can smell the meat being cooked

    ` `

    • When both side’s color changed, pour a little bit of beer or rice wine and the soy sauce on the steak

    ` `

    • Cook the steak for a little bit longer until the steak is fully cooked (this can be based on personal preference as well, if the person like the steak to be partial cooked, it doesn’t need to be that long)

  • Prep for sauce (optional step, takes about 5 minutes)

    ` `

    • Put the steak on the plate so that we can make the sauce

    ` `

    • Turn on the stove until high, we can use the rest of oil to make the sauce for your steak, pour some soy sauce, and some black pepper, the sauce is ready for serve when the soy sauce is heated up (if you decide to use the sauce, there is no need to put black pepper and soy sauce on the steak, otherwise it will be too spicy, I prefer doubled black pepper and soy sauce)

    • Pour the sauce on the steak, then you are ready to enjoy!

    • Steak in this case is always good to serve when still hot
